This community allow indoor cats only and a maximum of 2 cats per apartment. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3;30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in.  If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at (714) 849-2060.

In addition to details regarding key access, your movein instruciton will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make location our apartment much easier.  Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comlete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (714) 849-2060 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

One carport is assigned to a studio and a 1 or 2 car garage is assigned to either 1 or 2 bedroom apartments.

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 949.722.4040. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or coporation.
