This property allows cats only and one cat per apartment is the maximum permitted.

To check-in proceed to the leasing office and provide them with your name and identification at which time keys will be handed over.

Check-in time is at 3:30 - 6:00 PM PST Monday - Friday on the date of move-in. After the move-in date, keys can be picked up anytime during leasing office hours which are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Weekend check-in time is between the hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Monday - Friday: Keys can be picked up in the leasing office after 3:30 PM PST on the date of move-in. After the move-in date, keys can be picked up anytime during leasing office hours which are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Once keys have been obtained from the leasing office, proceed directly to the apartment and make yourself at home.

Parking is included with every apartment and is located in either the underground garage or in the covered carport depending on the apartment.

 

Additional & Guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Upon vacating the apartment please place the keys in the express check-out envelope included the welcome binder and leave this with the leasing office.
