• Pools: The community is divided into four villages, the Timbers, Creek, Plaza, and El Rancho. Each village has a pool & spa located in the center of it. The pools may be used between the hours of 7am to 10pm by using the amenity key provided upon move in. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed at the pool.
• Fitness Center: The fitness center is located in place of the clubhouse in the Timbers Village. The gym may be used between 7am to 10pm using the amenity key. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations posted inside the fitness center.
• Clubhouse: There are three clubhouses located in the center of each village except the Timbers where the fitness center is located instead of a clubhouse. The clubhouses may be used during business hours and by request till 10pm by checking a key out from the leasing office

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.

One name may be programmed in the call box to ring directly to each apartment for guest and visitors. To request your name on the box please call the Oakwood office and we would be pleased to arrange this.
