This community offers a swimming pool which is accessible from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily.

 

The fitness and business centers are on the first floor and are available for your use 24 hours per day.

 

There is a doorman and valet parking attendant on duty 24 hours per day.

 

There is also a concierge service available through the doorman.

There is a washer and dryer in every apartment.

The mail boxes are in the lobby next to the doorman's station.

If you are not home to accept packages, the doorman will accept them for you. It is the responsibilty of the delivery person to notify you of deliveries.

 

Packages left for more than 7 days will be returned to the sender.

Visitor's may valet park and then check in with the doorman. He will call your apartment and with your approval, he will give them access to the elevator.

Internet access is available through Verizon. You must purchase the modem for $40.00; $15.00 one time shipping fee, $40.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.

 

Trash chutes are located on every floor by the elevator.
