There is a private one-acre park with playground, tennis courts, putting green, & sand volleyball court located on the south side of building B. The Medici Park is available for your use 24 hours per day.
A library is located on the 10th floor of building B. It is available for your use 24 hours per day.
A lounge is located on the 4th floor of building B by the pool. A resident social is held in the lounge once a month. The lounge is available for private functions. Please contact the leasing office at 213-627-3901 for reservations.
A rooftop swimming pool and sundeck are located on the 8th floor of building A. There is another pool located on the 4th floor of building B. Both pools are available for your use from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily. Use your common area key to access the pool areas.
There is a fitness center located in building A on the 4th floor and building B on the 3rd floor. Both are available 24 hours per day and may be accessed with your common area key.
Building A offers computer and conference rooms on the 4th floor. Building B offers a business center with a conference room, computer and fax/copier located on the 5th floor. Please contact the leasing office at 213-627-3901 to reserve either of the conference rooms.
A meditation garden is located on the 6th floor in each building. They are available for your use from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily. Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. The mail room is located on the 5th floor in building B and the 4th floor in building A.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be left with the concierge. Delivery services are responsible for notifying you of your deliveries. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned due to limited or no storage space. Guests should park in the visitor parking area located just inside the parking garage of building B. They should then check in with the security officer located in the lobby, who will contact you in your apartment. Please make sure that your guest has your full name and telephone number so that the doorman can assist them properly. Internet access is available through SBC. $15.00 one time fee, $100.00 refundable equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
