Pet Policy

This community does allow pets on the property. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non-refundable.



Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.



Key Pickup
The Meridian is a fully gated community that requires you to have a gate remote and keys to access your apartment prior to your arrival. We will make arrangements to FedEx you all keys, remotes and parking permits. If you have not made these arrangements please contact your Oakwood representative at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival date.


Arriving at your Apartment
Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.


Parking and Access Gates
Parking spaces are not assigned on the 1st-3rd floors. 4th floor parking is assigned to guests who have apartments on the 4th floor. Please note the parking space assigned to you above if applicable. The spaces on the 5th floor may be used for guests. A permit is required in the community and must be displayed on the windshield at all time to avoid being towed at owner's expense. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls.


Check Out Procedures
Please leave all keys, and remotes in apartment upon locking the front for from the inside. If you need to lock the front door with a key, then put that key in the envelope provided with your apartment number and drop it off in the leasing office as you leave the property. If you are leaving after hour then drop that envelope at the night drop box.
