The swimming pool is available for your use from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily. The fitness center is available 24 hours per day.
For your convenience, there are shops and services located on site.
There is an outdoor terrace with a kitchen and fireplace. There is also a hobby room available for painting or planting.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
There are two mailbox locations. One at the Colorado entrance adn one at the Green St. entrance. Please see your move in instructions to see where yours is located.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be left with the Leasing Office. Delivery services are responsible for notifying guests of their deliveries. Packages not picked up within 7 days and excessively large packages will be returned due to limited storage space. You may pick up your packages during normal leasing office hours with a photo ID. Upon arrival, please let the leasing office know if you would like your name entered into the phone directory. Once your information is programmed, visitors can use the phone system to call your apartment. Press 9 on your apartment phone to grant them access.
Internet access is available through Ygnition. $50.00 per month. No installation fees or deposits. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
