Dog and Cat Friendly Community: some dog breeds are restricted. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

 

• Two pets MAX, all sizes are acceptable, 45lbd and up only on ground floor

• DOG BREED RESTRICTIONS: Need to inquire with property directly

• A $500 pet deposit is required. Of which, all is refundable

• $30/mo.per pet, additional pet rent required per pet

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 650-528-5060.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Access gates and open parking:  This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry.  This code will be sent to you in your move-in instructions.
