This community allow cats only. We ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non-refundable.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at (714) 849-2060.
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your " home away from home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (714) 849-2060 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry or a remote. Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed at owners expense. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors’ parking and contact us at (714) 849-2060.
All keys, gate/garage remotes and parking permits (if applicable) should be left in the apartment at move-out. You will need a key to lock the front door when you check-out. Please place that keys in the blue lockbox that will be located near or on your front door know just like when you moved in. Any unreturned keys will result in charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment as Oakwood is not responsible for any left items. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 949.722.4040. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
