There is a washer and dryer in every apartment

Mailboxes are located near the clubhouse.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors may go directly to your apartment.

Trash is picked up on Wednesday morning.  Please wheel trash barrel to curb the morning of pick up.

 

There are also trash compactor located through out the property.
