There is a laundry facility on the eastside of the complex.
The mailboxes are located on the eastside of the complex.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Your visitors may go directly to your apartment.
The trash dumpster is located next to building # 17.
