The property offers valet trash service Sunday through Thursday.

There are washers and dryers in every apartment.

 

The mailboxes are located on the first floor of each building in one of the two breezeways. The mailboxes are marked with the building and apartment number.

Visitors must call the guest from the call box outside of the gate to be buzzed in.

 

Parking is unassigned. Garages are available for an additional charge (based on availability).

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
