If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is a gated community and therefore visitors will need to use the intercom callbox to call your apartment from the gated entrance to gain access to the community. Please ensure your vivistors park in unassigned parking areas.
The trash compactor is located in front of building #2100
