If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  your visitors will need to use the call box at the main gate to call your apartment to gain access.  Please ensure your visitors park in unassigned parking areas.

1 trash compactor is located near the leasing center.  The 2nd one is located near the tennis courts
