Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 858-496-2000.

Upon us receiving the signed documents you will be given instructions for checking in.

If an assigned parking space is being provided it will be provided during the check-in.

Please make sure we have your confirmed departure date at move-in or you will need to provide us with a 30

day notice.
