Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 952.881.8446 or 800.897.4610

Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.897.4610 or 952.881.8446

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Parking is open and on a first-come, first-serve basis, unless previously designated by the property.
Please do not park in any areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Doing so may result in being fined and/or towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Please remove all personal belongings, as well as any trash and food items, from the apartment. Set the thermometer at a low usage level.
All keys and access cards are to be put in the envelope provided and taken to the apartment leasing office. There is a $50 charge EACH for any unreturned keys, access cards, or remotes.
