We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

- Your apartment will be available for check in any time after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
- If you require a early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your arrival for availability

- Specific arrangements regarding how you will be able to access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.
- If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 847-839-6140.

- In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating you apartment easier.
- Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 847-839-6140 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

- Parking is avaiable with the general vicinity of the building
- Parking can also be arranged through Oakwood for a fee.
|
|
|
- Specific arrangements regarding check out will be given to you during your pre move out call.
- There will be a $50.00 charge for each DOOR KEY or ACCESS CARD that is not returned upon check out.
- There will be a $100.00 charge for each GARAGE REMOTE or SECURITY ACCESS CARD that is not returned upon check out.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60 F and/or the AC at 78 F
- Please remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 847.839.6140.
