There are washers and dryers in the homes. 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is please to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of three weeks, unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors may go directly to your home.
