There is washers and dryers in every apartment.
Mailboxes are located at the South end of the clubhouse.
Visitors must use intercom system at the entrance gate.
The community offers a centrally located trash compactor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
