You will be able to check-in to Oakwood at Third Square anytime after 3:30pm on the date of your scheduled arrival unless otherwise instructed. When you arrive you will be greeted by the 24-hour concierge who will supply you with your move-in package, containing your keys to your new Oakwood apartment! Your move-in package and keys to your new Oakwood apartment will be waiting for you with the 24-hour concierge in the main lobby at Third Square and will be available after 3:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.

Please be advised that Oakwood at Third Square pricing does not include parking. There is an underground parking garage on-site. If you wish to utilize this amenity, please call Oakwood by dialing 617.723.8050 and we will be happy to assist you!

Oakwood requires a written thirty (30) day notice to vacate unless otherwise specified. Check out time is midnight on your scheduled departure date. Please assist Oakwood by removing all trash, food & debris from your apartment. We ask that you simply leave all keys and passes assigned to you in the apartment on the kitchen counter, the door will lock behind you. There will be a minimum of a $25 charge for any unreturned keys and passes.
