In addition, please help keep the community and help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pets and ensure that your pets are leashed at all times.

 

Please ensure that your pet is always under your supervision and is not let loose in offering common courtesy to the other neighbors in the community. It is advised that all litter boxes be kept in a tiled area to eliminate the potential of damages to the carpeted areas of the apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you will all of the information that you need.

• Check in time is anytime after 3:30 P.M. M-F and anytime on Saturday and Sunday If you need to check in earlier than 3:30 P.M. prior arrangements will need to be made.
• You must arrive during business hours for access.

• Keys will need to be picked up at the leasing office between 3:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday and between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and between 12:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. on Sunday.
• If you are unable to move in during these hours special arrangements will need to be made in advance to ensure appropriate access to the community and your apartment.

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.

• Unless you have made prior arrangements to pay for a garage or carport your parking is unassigned.
•  Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
•  Vehicle storage is nor permitted.
• Please do not park in yellow zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

• You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
•  On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
•  There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
