We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community had rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Check in time is anytime after 3:30 P.M. M-F and anytime on Saturday and Sunday If you need to check in earlier than 3:30 P.M. prior arrangements will need to be made.

• If you are arriving during normal business hours, your keys will be available for your pick up at the leasing office (photo I.D. required). If you are arriving after normal business hours, your keys will be available for pick up at the security desk located in the lobby (photo I.D. required).

• You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
•  On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
• There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
•  If you choose to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 877.969.8953 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
