- Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
- Please consult your welcome binder for mailbox location
- This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.
- If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.
- The leasing office will accept up to 3 small packages per apartment at one time that must be picked up within two days of delivery during leasing hours.
- Visitors must call apartment from callbox at access gate for entry
