We welcome you and hope that your stay at Post Uptown Place will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Post Uptown Place community. Remember that Post Uptown Place has a community of its own which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the needed information.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. Your keys and move in instructions will be sent to you via FedEx once we receive your signed reservation paperwork. You will be able to access the building and parking garage with the materials we will send you.

Key arrangements will be made upon receipt of all signed paperwork. we will provide you with Two door keys, one mailbox key,one garage remote and 1 access card. If you need more information on your key pick up please call us at 704-588-4668.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns. .

This property has controlled access parking and building access. You will be provided with a garage remote and a access/swipe card to enter each.  Only one garage remote will be issued per apartment.  Additional garage remotes will be at an additional monthly fee. 

Check Out Procedures Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the property leasing office as you leave.
