Only cats are allowed. No dogs.

There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per cat.  There is a limit of two cats per apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Charlotte Cotton Mills will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Charlotte Cotton Mills. Remember that each property has a community of its own that you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

At the time of your reservation, you will recieve information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. please remember to bring your move in instructions with you. These instructions will help you get into your apartment quickly. If you have any questions regarding check in times please contact us at 704-588-4668.

Your keys will be in a lockbox on your apartment door prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Your mailbox key and parking garage remote will be on your coffee table inside the apartment. We provide two door keys, one mailbox key and 1 garage remote.

Once you have arrived at your apartment remove the key from the lockbox, open the door and make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please contact us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

 Parking is controlled access and we provide you with a remote.  An entry card is required to operate the elevator.  This will be sent to you with your move-in instructions prior to move-in.

Please remove all personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all keys and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of one door key you will use to lock the door as you leave. Please put this key in an envelope labled with your name and apartment. Turn in this envelope to the property office. (Should they be closed at the time of check-out, drop the envelope off in the drop box located by the front door of the office.) Please note that you will be charged for any keys not turned in to the office.
