Please check with local Oakwood Corporate Housing office for fees involving pets as well as the breed restrictions.  The propeerty requires all pets to be on a leash at all times when they are outside the apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

 Your apartment will be ready anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled arrival day.  If you would like to request an early check in, please contact us.  We will check availability and se if this request could be met.

This is a 24 hour concierge building.  Keys will be held at front desk by 3:30 pm on scheduled date of arrival.

Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder. The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information. We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.

Parking garage onsite, however, not arranged through Oakwood Worldwide. This may be set up with parking garage upon arrival.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
