Property requires all pets to be on a leash at all times when they outsidethe apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comforable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each communityhas rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival.  If you have any requests for your arrival, please contact us a full business day prior to your arrival so it will allow us time to fulfill those requests.

This is a 24 hour concierge building and keys will be at the front desk by 3:30 pm on scheduled arrival date.

Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder. The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information. We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.

There is a parking garage onsite, however is not included through Oakwood Worldwide.  This may be set up upon arrival directly with garage.

• Please leave all keys and access devices( swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
