Laundry room is located on each floor (see operating times above).  Cards can be obtained through Oakwood Corporate Housing office and replenished in laundry room.

 

ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS ONLY 

Neither Oakwood Corporate Housing nor building management is responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Mailboxes are located on the first floor near the elevators.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the front desk.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.  Neither Oakwood Corporate Housing nor building management is responsible for damaged packages. The following types of deliveries cannot be accepted on your behalf when you are not home:
1.Food deliveries (perishable gifts, take-out meals and groceries)

2.Furs, jewelry and other items of obvious value
3.Large items such as furniture
4."Registered" or "certified" mail

Package must be retrieved within 48 hours

To access the elevators in lobby all tenants must have access code which will be provided through the front desk upon move-in.

 

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must be signed in at the front desk.  You should notify Oakwood Corporate Housing of any guest staying more than 72 hours.  There will be a charge for additional sets of keys, please call our office for details.
