We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable and enjoyable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying.  Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the property at which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.

• This community is a controlled access property.  Instructions on how to enter the building and access your lockbox will be given once we receive your movei n paperwork.
• Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
• Once inside the building, go directly to your apatment to access your lockbox.

• An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
• The remaining keys, remotes or access devices will be on the coffee table in your apartment.

You will have to park on the street at an additional small cost temporarily until you access your apartment.  Inside you will find the access remote or card and the parking information that you will need for the remainder of your stay.

• On the day of your departure, please remove all trash fromthe apartment.
• Place all keys and access devices (remotes, access cards) in the envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact out office at 503-582-9229.
• All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate by either resident or company.
