Community has a special request form for those leaving town who would like assistance for feeding pets, watering plants, etc.

A Washer & Dryer is in each apartment 

The mailboxes are located either in front or near the side of the building and your apartment is the mailbox number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors must be with resident to use amenities such a the fitness center, etc. on-site.
