The Mail Kiosk is located between building 14 & 15.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept small packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.

Visitors may pull up to the gate and find your name on the screen.  It will automatically dial your apartment.  Simply push "9" and the gate will let them in. 

Gate Remote Fee - $25.00 1st one/$50 each one thereafter

 

Gate remotes arrangements are made directly with the leasing office.
