There are washers and dryers in every apartment.
The mailboxes are located on the first level of the garage.
Visitors must put a code in the keypad.
There are trash dumpsters located on the first level of the garage. There is also valet pickup on Monday and Thursday between 6am and 8am.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
