• Cats and large dogs permitted.
• A deposit of $200 and a $200 non-refundable fee is required.
• No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, or Rottweilers.
• Violation of this policy is a violation of your lease agreement and may be subject to termination of your residency.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Archstone Dulles will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Archstone Dulles. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part, as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about Archstone Dulles, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific instructions on picking up your keys.  

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.378.8575 with any concerns or items you wish to add or exchange.

Archstone Dulles has an enforced parking policy.  To avoid being towed, please be sure you:

• Display your hang tag clearly from the rear view mirror.
• Park in the assigned space you have been given (only one per apartment).
• All visitors must obtain a visitor pass and park only in marked visitor parking.

• If you need to extend your stay or provide a forwarding address, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
• Please place your keys, access cards, parking permits and anything else issued to you by Oakwood in the express check out envelope and return to the leasing office.  There will be a charge for any items not returned.
• Please  remember to take out all of your trash and empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food items.
• You have until 12:00 midnight on the date of your departure to move out of your apartment.
