• Please bring all keys and access devices to the leasing office or place in the envelope provided and leave on the kitchen counter or place in the night drop slot (located at the leasing office).

• Check in time in after 3:30 PM

• 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM Daily except Holidays.
• Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 206.283.7720.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 206.283.7720 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

• Parking is underground and gated. You will receive a garage card upon check-in at the front desk.  After hours, there is open parking on the street until the office is open.
