Each apartment has its own washing machine.

 Public laundromat is located under the building.

 

The mailboxes for each apartment are located on the first floor of the building.

 If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service companies will attempt delivery on the next business day. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries and making arrangements for alternate delivery dates.Guests should make alternative arrangements for the delivery of packages as there is no porter at this building.

Visitors use the same entrance as tenants.
