Property Office Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am til 6:00pm
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mail boxes are located in two areas - in the front of the property near the leasing office and between buildings 10 and 11.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is a gated community so visitors will need to make arrangements with guest for entry to property.
Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property.
