Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your " home away from home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (714) 849-2060 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

All keys, gate/garage remotes and parking permits (if applicable) should be left in the apartment at move-out. You will need a key to lock the front door when you check-out. Please place that keys in the lockbox that will be on or near your front door just like when you first moved in. Any unreturned keys will result in charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment as Oakwood is not responsible for any left items. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 714.849.2060. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
