A full-size washer and dryer are included in every apartment. They are usually located in a hallway behind a door with horizontal wooden slats.

Mailboxes are located on the ground floor near the stairs in each building. Your mailbox will be assigned to you at the time of move in.

All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the Leasing Office. Due to space restrictions, only packages equal to or less than the size of a personal computer will be held by the leasing office. All packages larger than this will be refused and the delivery service will make another attempt to deliver the package directly to your apartment on another day. You can pick up your packages from the leasing office during office hours 9-6 daily with a photo ID.

All visitors should enter through the leasing office. If visitors are arriving after office hours, please meet your visitors at the gate to allow entrance to the property.
