Each unit features full-size washer and dryer.
This property features 2 Mailbox Stations, one near the office and the other near the playground.
Visitors are admitted through the security guard.
Trash dumpsters are located in parking lots.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
