Office Hours: 9am - 6pm everyday
There is a washer and dryer in every apartment
Mailboxes are located in the leasing center. They can be accessed 24 hours a day.
Visitors must be let in at the call box
There are trash dumpsters on site
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
