We welcome you and hope that your stay at Homestead community will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate housing, and not of the community in which you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience of you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instruction on how to access your keys from the lockbox which will be on your apartment door or on the railing upon completion of your reservation paperwork.  Please feel free to call us at 800-736-9624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home.

Each apartment is permitted to park two cars on the premises. A permit is required and must be displayed at all time to avoid being towed. Additional vehicle may be parked in any uncovered and unnumbered space as long it is registered with the community. Visitor parking is located outside of the community. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense.

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.  If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624.  When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
