The laundry facility is located past Building 47 on the right side.

The mailboxes are located in front of the leasing office.

Visitors may go directly to the apartment.

There are trash dumpsters located at the entrance on Gladstone and on the South and West sides of the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
