We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its' own, in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys from the access boxes upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800.736.8624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.

 

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the apartment without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
