This condo is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.
The mailbox is located on the first floor by the Management office. Please refer to your move-in instructions for your mailbox number.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Management Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Upon arrival to this community your visitor will have to contact you at the guard gate. You can either notify the guard at the gate of visitors or meet your visitor as they arrive.
