• Maximum two cats per apartment
• $500 pet deposit; $150 is non-refundable

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

You may check in with the on-site leasing office between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date. An Oakwood representative is available during these hours Monday through Saturday to show you to your apartment.

**If you are unable to check in during these hours or if you are arriving on Sunday, please contact our office at least 48hrs in advance (800-773-1500) to make alternate arrangements
