Corporate Housing:Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.
Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Check-in time is after 3:30pm on the day of move in.

After hours check-in with a Security Officer is available at this community.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please inspect your apartment thoroughly and call us at 323.851.3450 with any concerns. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours to follow-up on any maintenance requests or make any changes or additions to your housing.
All residents are required to use Oakwood Parking Permits or temporary parking passes in order to park on the premises.
Numbered, two cars deep, tandem spaces are reserved for select two bedroom apartments.
Be sure to direct our guests to visitor parking lots near "A", "P", and "Z" buildings. Locations are marked with signs.
Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
Vehicle storage is not permitted.

If the guest does not want to leave the keys at the office they can pick up an envelope to fill out, put the keys in the envelope and leave it with the main gate or drop it in the drop box in the clubhouse.
