The pool is located behind the clubhouse, at the center of the community. It is available for use from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily. Use your community access key to open the pool gate.
A state-of-the art fitness center is located just to the left of the Clubhouse, near the pool area. The fitness center is open 24 hours. Use your access card to enter the fitness center.
The business center is located to the right of the front entrance of the leasing office. The business center is open 24 hours. Use your access card to enter the business center.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located in each of the three elevator lobbies on the P1 level of the parking garage. Please refer to the site map to find your mailbox location.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the leasing office. Due to space restrictions, only small packages will be held by the leasing office. All packages too large will be refused and the delivery service will make another attempt to deliver the package directly to your apartment on another day. You can pick up your packages from the leasing office during scheduled open hours with a photo ID. Please do not arrange for packages to be delivered prior to your check-in.
Guests should use the phone directory at the Leasing Office front door to call your apartment. Limited visitor parking is located inside the left garage entrance.
The media and entertainment rooms are available for private parties from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily. Please contact the on-site leasing office to make arrangements, 310-822-0255.
Internet service is available through Comcast Cable. $50.00 one time installation fee, $100.00 refundable equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
