This property allows cats.  There is a limit of 1 cat per apartment.  City ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat.  A pet deposit of $600 is required prior to check-in, of which $300 is refundable.

Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

The lockbox with you apartment key will be on your door at the day of move in after 3:30pm.

The lockbox code will be provided to you prior to your move in along with your move in instructions.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival please contact us at 415-658-0830 or 800-531-1118 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

• A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F.
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
