Pet Policy
This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $500.00 is required prior to check-in, of which $400.00 is refundable.
 
Pet Fees and Policies are subject to change. Please confirm with your Oakwood representative.


Check In Procedure
Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
 
Your community is not gated. However, you will need an access card to enter the building where your apartment is located.



Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
 
If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup
Your front door key will be located inside the lockbox hanging on your front door.  All other keys/remotes will be in your apartment awaiting you.


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.400.3636 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions.
 
Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 800.400.3636.


Check Out Procedures
  • A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
  • Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60˚ F and/or the AC at 78˚ F.
  • Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
  • Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
  • There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
  • You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please call our office 925-449-2133 or 800-400-3636 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
