Pools: There are two pools in the community located in the center of the largest buildings. The pools may used between the hours of 9am to 10pm by using the amenity key provided upon move in.
Dry Sauna: There is a sauna located inside the leasing office building which may be used from 9am to 10pm.
Social Room: The social room is located in the same building as the leasing office and may be used from 9am to 10pm.
Recreational Courts: The community has indoor basketball and racquetball located in the bottom floor of the leasing office building and it may be used from 9am to 10pm.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is also located next to the leasing office and can be accessed from 5am to 12am. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.
Business Center: Is located above the leasing office and may be used between 10am and 5pm. For access please bring a photo ID to the front desk for a key to the center.
Clubhouse: Is located off the pool/lobby area and may be used between 9am and 10pm.
Dry Cleaning Services: The leasing office on site has cleaning pick ups daily and items are returned the next weekday. Every apartment includes a washer and dryer.
There are mailbox areas in the first floor of both the two largest buildings. The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. Visitors may call residents from the call box. To have your name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you.
Trash: The trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway on each floor. There is also a recycling center on Chapman & Main Street approximately one mile from the Meridian.
Elevators: There are two elevators in both the two largest buildings.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am.
